1stAvailable's Reporting Portal
This is a great reporting solution that provides each Practice with the ability to critically analyse trends pertaining to patient-user behavior. The reporting data can be pivotal in assisting your Practice to make better decisions in terms of marketing to specific groups based on demographics and also help you better manage the availability of online slots.
This guide will walk you through the easy steps you can follow in order to access 1stAvailable's useful reporting tool. The reporting tool will provide you with statistical booking information about your Practice, using parameters such as:
- Period of time
- Business hours & non-business hours
- Gender categorisation
- New vs existing Patient bookings
- Age breakdown
- Time delta (i.e. the time between the booking and the appointment)
- Total bookings
Reports can be gerated at Practice or Practitioner level.

1.1 Navigate to www.1stAvailable.com.au and click 'Login'
1.2 Enter your Practice's username and password in the relevant fields and click 'Login'
2. Accessing Reports
2.1 From within the main dashboard area, hover over the 'Action' menu and click on 'Reports'
3. Default Reports
3.1 The default report page will display your Practice's last month of booking data grouped by week, such as below:

The above graphs are depicted by way of color scheme with legends attached for easy reference, breaking down the various statistics into percentage of total bookings.
4. Time Period Reporting
By changing the parameters, you are able to generate and view desired reports during specified periods of time.
4.1 You can manually adjust the following to suit your requirements:
- from date
- to date
- group by
4.2 Once your parameters are specified, click 'Generate Report'
4.4 Your report will then appear as requested
5. Reports At Practitioner Level
5.1 Select one ore more of the Practitioner from the 'Practitioner' drop down menu, along with the other parameters and then click 'Generate Report'
6. Export To PDF
6.1 Once you have generated your desired port, simply click on 'Export To PDF' and the report will appear in a new tab in PDF form, which you can save and print.
Repeat the process to generate reports with new parameters.
