Booking With 1stAvailable's Website

Below is a simple guide leading you through the steps to take when making a booking from our website.

1. Login

1.1  Navigate to 

1.2  Click 'Log In' in the right hand corner

1.3  Enter your username and password

1.4  Click the 'Login' button, see below

2. Appointment Search

2.1  Select the service type you are wanting to book, in this case it's 'Dentist'

2.2  Appointments will automatically populate based on your current location, see below


Please note that the responsive map will display pins representing Practices in your desired area with appointments.  The colored pin for Practices with available bookings and the hollow pin for Practices without.

Please note that you can easily select from the button panel, parameters pertaining to your desired appointment type, such as:


-  treatment type

-  service type

-  first available appointment OR a preferred date via the calendar

-  postcode or suburb search


Please note that you can also select "More Times+" to find a suitable appointment

3. Book Appointment

3.1  Select your desired appointment by clicking the green booking button, see below


4. Confirm Appointment

4.1  A booking confirmation window will appear

4.2  Select if you are a new or a returning patient

4.3  Click 'Confirm Appointment', see below


4.4  Once you have completed your booking, the below window will appear


A booking confirmation email will also be sent to both Patient and Practitioner pertaining to the booking details.
